Delivery charges and timescales

Delivery Information

The estimated delivery date for your order depends upon the method you choose. Some personalised items can take 1 – 5 days to complete production (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before it’s despatched from our warehouse. All delivery options are after the items has completed production. If you have an urgent order, please contact us before placing your order. 

Free Delivery Offer (Orders over £100 in one transaction):

Your order will be despatched Royal Mail 48 after it’s despatched from our warehouse and Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 1 – 3 working days. Please note that this service is not a tracked service and UK only. 

Standard Delivery Royal Mail 48 – £3.99:

Your order will be despatched Royal Mail 48 after it’s despatched from our warehouse and Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 1 – 3 working days. Please note that this service is not tracked service, therefore, we will not be able to track or know when your order will be arriving.

Standard Delivery Royal Mail 24 – £4.99:

Your order will be despatched Royal Mail 48 after it’s despatched from our warehouse and Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 1 – 2 working days after your order has been despatched. Please note that this service is not tracked service. Therefore, we will not be able to track or know when your order will be arriving.

Express Delivery – £7.99:

Next working day delivery is available on some items after production. Please note that we will deliver your order Monday to Friday. e.g. If you place your order by Friday by 1:00 pm, it will be delivered on Monday. If you prefer weekend delivery you’ll need to select Saturday or Sunday delivery by 1:00 pm, Friday.

A supplement may be charged for delivery to Highlands of Scotland, non-mainland UK addresses and non- standard items.

Please note: If there is an item which is out of stock then the whole order will be put on back-order. Your order can be delivered as a split delivery but please note that additional postage charges will apply.

Please check all goods on receipt; any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 7 working days.

International Delivery

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel on the Email: info@thefabgiftboutique.com

Please note that all items need to be returned within 14 days unused and in its original packaging together with proof of purchase. Pierced earrings, software, personalised and perishable items may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, we would recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting in case for whatever reason the parcel(s) fails to reach us. Please note that for any large unwanted items you will need to be advised by our Customer Service team.

If any goods, which form part of a bundle offer, are returned for a refund, then the remaining items will revert to their normal catalogue price and you will be refunded accordingly.
